Items That Are Strictly Not Allowed To Be Advertised or Transacted (Buying and/or Selling)
on Zinele Online Sdn. Bhd. (ZOSB)
ZOSB is
constantly working on improving our platform content. To ensure compliance to
our rules and regulations, kindly ensure that all the items that you have listed
are not part of our Prohibited and/or
Restricted List below. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your listed
items comply with all laws applicable.
In case of any
violation, the website administrator has the right to remove the prohibited
items immediately. A notification of the removal will then be sent to the
item(s) owner within 5 business days. Action(s) may be taken against you for
the violation, which may include the following restrictions, but not limited to:
1. your uploading of content to ZOSB
website
2. your buying Any listed item(s)
found to be in violation of our guidelines, rules and regulation will be
removed by ZOSB and selling privileges on ZOSB website
3. your account suspension and/or
termination to ZOSB website.
